Engels insulating materials factory (LLC Ezim) — the hi-tech innovative enterprise developing and letting out innovative materials on the basis of asphalt-resin oligomers (asmols). The composition and method of obtaining asmole materials have no analogues in the world, are made only from Russian raw materials, which is a good condition for their efficiency.
LLC Ezim carries out research and production activity since 2012. The company has a quality management system certified according to the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008). In structure of the enterprise there is "Laboratory of insulating materials and applied researches (LIMPI)" certified in Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology. The company's research and development projects are protected by five patents, and six more applications for inventions have been filed with Rospatent.
Production is fully automated. All production of LLC Ezim is certified. Research and development is carried out jointly with well-known scientists in the country in the field of petrochemical synthesis, professors, doctors of chemical and technical Sciences.
Road construction materials are developed jointly with the Russian University of transport (MIIT). The Russian University of transport (MIIT) is a branch higher education institution under the Ministry of transport, which is responsible for the development of innovative and import - substituting materials, technologies and structures. Jointly developed road construction materials produced by our company passed the examination of standards at the FDA (the Agency), included in the "Catalogue of efficient technologies, new materials and modern equipment of road management" for 2019 prepared by FAU "Rosdornii" and included in the Classifier construction resources in the Ministry of construction. Road Smolnyi materials on its technical and operational characteristics superior to not only the domestic, traditionally-used counterparts, but also imported products, as an alternative to their replacement.
Innovative materials of LLC Ezim were successfully applied on Federal and regional routes of the Samara, Saratov, Perm, Orenburg and Moscow regions about what positive responses and recommendations by results of their application are received.
